  10. Can anyone tell me if the Zoom Comstar 28.8 modem is an RPI modem?  I
  11. issued an ati3 command and the screen said nothing about RPI.  But when I
  12. look at the modemlog file in Windows 95 it says that the data compreesion
  13. and error control either were not on or were unrecognizable by Windows. 
  14. Does anybody have any ideas why Windows doesn't see this?  Thanks for any
  15. input.
